Grow Your Industry's Workforce at Great Careers 2023 - February 16th
The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting the Great Careers event. This event allows interested students in grades 9-12 to learn about some of the many careers that can be pursued with a certification or two-year degree.
The event will be on February 16th from 8am to 2:30pm and will be IN PERSON at:
Lake Washington Institute of Technology
11605 132nd Avenue NE Kirkland, WA 98034
As an Exhibitor, you will be assigned to a table (a 6-foot table and chairs will be provided) and students will be able to come by and ask questions about your industry and potential careers.
This year we are holding the event at Lake Washington Institute of Technology so that students can experience what it is like on campus. There will be one morning and one afternoon session each with about 100-150 students. For each session, half of the students will visit the Expo, and half of the students will take a tour of the school, then they will switch.
The cost to participate as an Exhibitor is $100.
To register for this event please go to:
The deadline to register is February 1st, but space is limited and there are only a couple of spots per industry so please register as soon as possible.
Great Careers provides an excellent opportunity to cultivate future employees and get students interested in your industry. To maintain student privacy, however, we ask that you do not collect contact information from students during the event. Instead, you are welcome to provide your contact information so that students can contact you outside the event.
