Activity (Detail cost or if it is free. Describe activity as appropriate by age, materials used, time, number of people who can participate at a time, etc.) Merchandise (List cost or if it is free. Describe age appropriateness, on-site sale or order-taking, souvenir, collectible etc. Sales of Issaquah/Salmon Days souvenirs are NOT permitted unless noted on application AND approved by Salmon Days in writing.) Food and/or beverages. (Supply list of menu items and prices. Only items on your application AND approved by Salmon Days are allowable to be sold.) Information/PR (Describe organization and what will be used in your booth.) Pay parking. (List street address, business name of parking lot(s) and fee to be charged.)
