Salmon are truly the center of our “whirled” and Festival! Each year,
thousands of adult salmon make the long journey home from the Pacific to spawn, completing their amazing life cycle. And, each Fall, our community and the Issaquah Salmon Days Festival celebrate this miracle as they make their way through Puget Sound, rivers, lakes and up Issaquah Creek to our historic downtown hatchery and beyond.
